Lavender Cookies

100g unsalted butter
1 egg
1 cup organic sugar
1 and 1/2 cups of organic self raising flour (can add more if necessary)
2 generous tablespoons lavender - pesticide free (if in Sydney supplier "Perfect Potion" in QVB)

mix butter and lavender and sugar and egg. Mix till whipped then add flour.
Add milk if too thick. Keep in mind that it needs to keep its shape when you put it on the grease proof pan or paper, therefore dont make it too runny.

Put in oven for 17 min on 180 degree celcius (356 degrees fahrenheit)

Check, if not golden brown, leave in oven for another 5 minutes on 160 degrees celcius

Serve hot crumbled over vanilla ice cream or with delicious green tea
